Oh wow thank you for sharing this! I'm planning on homesteading really soon and eventually I want to have cattle whether it's cows or buffaloes. I'm going to keep reading these posts for inspiration and guidance. Where I'm living is a ranching town in Mexico and sometimes we can get tongue tacos and they really are nice! I order as much as I can before they sell out!
