We have one of these but it's a Lodge cast iron griddle. Use it every year when we go to the mountains to fix our "mountain breakfast" outside on the grill.

What does everyone cook on?. We've been using a regular woodstove so far but we were gifted this Queen Atlantic. It is missing a couple warmer shelves and a piece of trim. Hoping to find the pieces to fit. Can't wait to get it cooking. Really missing the baked goods.
