JOB DONE

I remember a few years back when we got the allotment. It was not as bad as it could’ve been, but it still needed a lot of work. In the left-hand corner there was a big mound of soil that we knew at one point would have to be moved. This was the month that we made a start.

We picked up an old Shed that our friend Charlie was giving away and it was going to have to go in that space where all that soil was (see pics). There were a few tonnes to be shifted but we got it done. I stripped the old felt off the shed and rebuilt it. I’m now going to re-felt it, put a new window in and a fresh coat of paint and that will be the new tool shed completed.

The plot is taking shape and the fruit and veg are coming along nicely. I will be on the plot all day today.
