Good advices, my setup:
Making coffee 5AM,
mute phone - music up (instrumental only)
Checking Mails, Steemit, markets
And in 6 start "serious" work.
Chill out around 1-2Pm
And once again until 5-6-7pm regarding my mood and how much I'm interested in that work
(sometimes work until late hours)
