I am an expert in house construction also now! LOL. I had made all sorts of mistakes with offices (built 5 offices in 10 years) so quite well versed in electrical work, painting and other finishing stuff. Concrete, tiles, plumbing, bath room accessories etc were new to me .. .no more :(
