“The City of Tears” is a documentary project focusing on the ongoing series of demonstrations against Extradition Law Amendment Bill Movement in Hong Kong. The ultimate goal of the project would be reaching out the global audience by releasing it on some streaming service platform, such as Netflix and Amazon.
