What's your favorite fried item at this stand (empanada, arepa, pastel, or other) and what filling do you always order it with?

Located in a corner of the busy bazaar of Badarganj, Nahid Fried Food is not just a fry shop to me, but a reliable name to satisfy my afternoon hunger pangs. Standing here every afternoon, the aroma of chop, peyaj and singara simmering in the hot oil pan gives a different peace to the mind. A small crowd in front of the shop, hot food wrapped in paper and steaming cups of tea on the side all in all, the atmosphere is very familiar and familiar.Various types of fried foods are available here. Chop, jillapi, payaju, singara, boot, bundia everything is arranged in a glass showcase.

Each item has its own taste and popularity. But if I am asked which one is my favourite, I will undoubtedly say Garam Garam Singara.I have a weakness for Singara for a long time. Especially the Singara of this shop has won hearts. The outer shell is crispy and golden in color, the inner filling is soft, spicy and balanced. Every time I order Aalur Pur Dewa Singarai. This potato filling contains a mixture of finely chopped potatoes, lightly fried onions, green chillies and aromatic spices.Sometimes a little butter or peanut is also found inside, which makes a difference in taste. As soon as you take a bite, the spicy taste of garam pura spreads in your mouth.

Many people prefer chops, especially dal chops or vegetable chops. They have a crunchy outer layer and a soft dal mixture inside. Peyazoo is also very popular, because the sweet taste of the onion inside and the crunchy outside taste great together.Fresh Jilapi is made daily here for Jilapi lovers. Reddish orange hot jelly drenched in sugar syrup and glistening. Sweet-lovers often take a packet of jalapeños with their fries.

Are there any fillings or special products that they don't offer that you'd like to see on their menu?

Badarganj's famous fry shop Nahid Fried Food already serves many popular items including Chop, Singara, Payaju, Jilapi, Boot, Bundia. But as a regular customer, I sometimes feel that if there were some new fillings or special items added to the menu, the range of flavors would have been richer. The first thing you want to see is the minced meat. At present they mostly make Alur Pur Singarai, which is delicious but sometimes wants to try a little different taste. If Singara was made by mixing minced beef or chicken, mild spices and the scent of coriander leaves, then it would surely have topped the list of many.

Another great addition would be a vegetable-noodle puree or a roll-type item. It can be quite popular especially among school college students. The combination of lightly salted noodles and crunchy shells will bring out a new flavor. There are some variations in the chops as well. Like egg chops or cheese chops. Although Dim Chop is popular in many areas, it is not regularly seen here. If the poached egg inside and the outer coating is done right, it will add a different dimension to the afternoon snack. It would be great if there were special combos like rubber-jelapi or curd-jelapi along with jalapi for sweet lovers. In this the shop could have served not only fried food but also a slightly different style of taste.

Besides, sometimes I think, if items like chicken pakora or fish fry were added, then the atmosphere would have been more concentrated in the evening chat. This can be a good option, especially for those looking for a little protein-packed breakfast. Finally, a special “special plate” can be introduced where singara, chop, payaju and a little boot will be served together. Customers can enjoy different flavors together. All in all,Nahid Fried Food's current menu is very good and popular. But adding some new fillings and special items will make the store more attractive and cater to the needs of people with different tastes.

How would you rate the prices at this stall compared to others in the area: affordable, standard, or a bit higher? From your perspective, do you think the taste and quality of their fried food justify the price?

If you go out for a walk in the Badarganj market in the afternoon, the smell of roasting should drag you by itself. Following that trail of smell leads to a familiar shop, Naheed Fried Food. Although a small stall, it has a good reputation in the area. Students, shopkeepers, pedestrians and chatty people gather here every afternoon. The first thing that comes to mind when comparing with other fried shops in the area is the price. Many places charge a bit more for the same type of singara, chop or payaju, especially in the highlight shops on the main street of the market. But the price at Naheed Fried Food is relatively affordable. A common consumer can easily have a full breakfast for a small amount of money.

I personally think, the price of this store falls in the “affordable” category. This is a very important aspect when considering students. Many times you have to go out with limited money in your pocket, then such a store gives hope where the taste is good and the price is within reach. But it's not just about being cheap, taste and quality are also important. Many times it is seen that the food is given at a low price but the quality of the oil is not good or the taste is deficient. But I didn't have that kind of experience here. The fritters are usually served hot, and the outer layer is crispy. The inner filling is also given in sufficient quantity, which makes it satisfying to eat.

The potato puree in Singara has a balance of spices, the dal or vegetable flavor is evident in the chop, and the sweet taste of the onion in the Payaju comes through beautifully. The smell of oil is not too stale, which is very important in a grill shop.If you compare the price with the quality, I would say that the quantity and quality of food available here makes it totally worth the price. Rather, in many cases, people would have been happy even if the price was a little higher for this quality. Because there is consistency in taste,Which keeps regular customers.
