INGREDIENTS
💚 Spinach 💚 Onion 💚 Oil 💚 Paneer 💚 Potato 💚 Cinnamon 💚 Mustard seeds 💚 Clove 💚 Garam Masala Powder
Step1 :
Take the spinach, wash it well, cut off the unnecessary parts and put it in a pot with one liter of water and bring it to a boil.
Step 2 :
Take garlic, ginger, and green chili and clean them properly. Take a mixer grinder and put boiled spinach, garlic, ginger, and green chili in it and grind them to make a paste and keep it aside.
Step 3 :
Take a pan. add oil to heat, add mustard seeds, cinnamon, and clove to fry, and add the chopped onion to saute with them
Step 4 :
Meanwhile, in another pan, cut the potatoes into small pieces and fry them in oil. Cut the paneer into small pieces and add that too.
Step 5 :
While frying the paneer and potatoes, add garam masala and paneer masala along with required salt and fry.
Step 6 :
Now add the grated spinach paste to the sautéed onions in another pan, mix well, and add salt as required.
Step 7 :
Now take the paneer and potato curry that is being served at another shop and add it to the spinach and mix well.
Step 7 :
Then cover and cook on low flame for five minutes.

Now the healthy and tasty PANEER ALU PALAK is ready, serve hot with any meal.
