How do wars affect the lives of ordinary people including children?

War is a large-scale armed conflict involving two countries, armed groups, or even between groups within a country. War is usually characterized by violence to the use of military force, as well as great losses to humans (especially children and women) and the environment. The impact of war always leaves deep trauma for every human being. The consequences of war will claim many lives, destroy families, and change the order of people's lives forever. War can bring destruction and deep sadness to most people, both those who experience it directly and indirectly. Children and women are the ones who are most affected if war occurs in a country.
