All my life, I have always felt comfortable in a familiar routine. I knew what to do every single day, who the person was that I was meeting and how i will be in a safe environment. But one point in my life brought everything to an end—a choice that made me step completely out of my comfort zone into challenges I had simply never imagined.

My change of heart started when I thought to try the novel, the one I'd never done. I was determined to enter digital opportunities trying again from scratch, because in the begin I was just questioning my skills. Not with enough skills and running scared from failing mode all together. The only thing that I knew is that did I never try there be no further than I could become.

Not the easiest road, it was. I experienced many failures in the beginning. I was once deceived on a digital platform that promised big income, but instead made me lose money. The feeling of disappointment and despair made me think about giving up and going back to the life I already knew. However, I realized that failure is part of the learning process. I started to evaluate my mistakes and find a way to get back up.

From that failure, I found a community that really supported me, like Steemit. Here, I started to learn how to build something from scratch, how consistency and hard work can bring me to the results I wanted. I started writing, sharing experiences, and getting awards for my efforts. Every writing I share is a reflection of my journey—about the courage to leave my comfort zone and face uncertainty.

I think I was grateful, looking back now at that crossroads. This is why not taking the risks meant that the potential was a mystery to my better half. If you are not willing to go, then Comfort is going to suck the life out in you.

Leaving your zone of comfort is kinda scary but that when growth takes place. It is not that I am afraid to fail, I know that each failure is like a stone in my way to success. There is still a long way to go but I am more ready than ever, because I know that outside, there are huge chances for those who take the risk.
