Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest organised by @alfazmalek in this Hindwhale Community. The topic of this contest is about "Saving & investment in global uncertainty". Considering the ongoing global crisis, do you think investing money right now is a wise decision? Why or why not?

As we all know that the money is very important for us as we need money to meet with the needs of our daily lives including the foods to fulfil our hunger, clothes to cover our skin and other things are bought through the money. So, it is very important to keep a balance in earning, spending and saving money to deal with the sudden needs and in emergency. Considering the ongoing global crisis and investing based on them can be a wise decision.

But I'm not 100 sure about that, because investing always have some risks as the time can change in a while. So, it is very important to learn about the risks, management strategies and other important things associated with investing to stay away from losses. This is because, invested money in a wrong place can be vanished within a while. Currently, investing in some fields can be beneficial but not 100%.

Which saving or investment options do you consider the safest in the current times? (e.g., gold, crypto, mutual funds, real estate, etc.)

All these things have their own advantages and disadvantages of investments that is why, before investing in them, you have to decide rather you want to do a long term investment or a short term investment as they both are different from each other in terms of profits, losses and risks associated with them. Safety is always important while investing, so I think investing in all these things can be beneficial.

This is because, I think the gold, crypto and real estate are among those fields which have a potential of giving you a great profits of investing in them. One of the main reason is that, the gold and crypto assets are accepted globally, prices can fluctuate and a few risks are associated with them. But for me, investing in gold can be more beneficial than the crypto as in my country Pakistan, the rates of gold are increasing rapidly.

If you had $1,000 today, what would you do with it — save it, invest it, or use it differently? Explain your choice.

Yes definitely, I will invest those 1000$ in crypto especially in Steem. As we all know that, the Steem is a native token of Steemit platform which we receive as a reward for posting on Steemit platform. So, I think, current is the right time to invest in Steem as currently, its prices is very low as compared to past few months. Also, Steem is fluctuating since the past few months as its prices is increasing or decreasing.

So, if I have 1000$ then, I will buy Steem tokens of them and keep them in my Steemit wallet as it will provide me double benefits. Yes, because keeping them in my wallet, will increase the worth of my account, the value of my upvote will increase which means that, my curation reward will also increase. In results, the amount of Steem in my wallet will keep on increasing and on the other side, when the price increases, I will be able to sale them.
