Surprise@entity01

No other birthday has been as memorable for me as this year’s. I feel like almost every day has special emotions attached to it, but this day was a reflection of unparalleled human emotion which I will always hold dearly to me.

What really shocked me when I explored my entire house after waking up that day was almost similar to what I felt during my birth day. Just like every other year, I was not expecting much, other than some texts that would most definitely include the phrase `happy birthday as I walked to my door, I was hoping it was just another boring door to door salesman, but to my utter shock, I was completely taken back when I opened the door. A couple of other friends and one very close friend of mine was standing with a big smile on their faces. One of the friends was holding a picture frame with a covering cloth on it. I was utterly shocked when I found out that these girls drove more than a hundred and twenty miles just to surprise me. I simply could not believe it.

They had a stunning cake in their hands; It was decorated for a birthday with phrases like “HBD PAPI” in pink icing and cheerful sprinkles all over it. In addition, there was a picture, wrapped neatly, in an ornate frame, which turned out to be an original, priceless gift with a representation of treasured moments.

The cherry to the cake was that they also began singing the birthday song to me. It was somewhat surreal to the fact that it was on my front door at that time. No words can describe the amount of joy and thankfulness that I was experiencing during the moment.

The entire place was filled with like love and laugh with joy, excitement in the air. There was a very neat assortment of snacks, glasses of drinks filled with juice and bottles of wine, a true delight for the senses. It was a reflection of the efforts and thought put behind all the preparations for the surprise. It was not the presents that made it the best day, but the fact that someone went the extra mile, quite literally, to supercharge my day.

To be quite honest, I never felt such a thing and it was so much to me. It was special and I will never forget it was love and a real-life example of how to establish enduring friendships.

I felt elated at the happiness radiating from them during the celebration which made the moment even more precious. It was more than the framed picture. the beverages and the cake. It was the cherished friendship and the remembered efforts to truly make my day special.

To my friend who actually managed to achieve this, the thank you is genuine and real. I now have a mental picture of the most beautiful sight. It was the day of my birthday that was made so special. Just like that, I was reminded of how truly amazing love and celebration feels like. Without a doubt, one of the best moments from my life.
