To glance at the words “Train Your Brain” means to see them all at once without measuring each letter like while you are reading, your eyes will jump or saccade, from one word to the next and you become aware of distinct visuals such as the capital T, Y and B,” the shapes of words and common letter patterns. Your brain quickly completes the gap using what it knows from similar experiences and understanding of words.
And the word “Train” is long and begins with a high T,” “Your” is short and commonly used and the word “Brain” ends with “ain”, a familiar word closing. In almost no time, you get the meaning of the whole phrase. Glancing uses your brain to quickly make sense of written text without reading each letter sound by sound. You can see that you don’t need to focus as much after you have read enough.

To me I believe that how we train our minds affects the response of our brains because of neuroplasticity, the brain can modify itself when someone experiences new habits or events. Repetition of a skill, thought or action in practice makes the brain strengthen the areas that handle these tasks. By learning regularly, people usually remember more and practicing mindfulness frequently can help calm stress.
Negative habits such as overthinking or often delaying tasks, can also make the brain more likely to work this way. Working on focus, discipline and having good habits benefits the brain the way exercise benefits the muscles. Basically, doing the same types of tasks over time helps your brain respond similarly. Your actions build up the abilities in your brain.

A healthy brain depends on a number of important factors and nutrition matters for the brain and foods rich in omega-3s, antioxidants and vitamins such as leafy greens, nuts and fish, aid memory and mental activity. Physical activity helps blood flow to the brain which makes learning easier and protects against decline. Quality sleep is very important, since it strengthens your memory and removes harmful chemicals from your body.
Brain growth and toughness are increased by reading, learning new things or working on puzzles. Mindfulness or relaxation exercises help lower the amount of harmful chemicals in the brain. Having social connections helps support your emotions and your mental abilities. As a group, these things make the brain healthy, sharp and able to handle challenges. For the brain to work well all through life, you need to focus on care, balance and positive habits, much like for other parts of the body.

Hi @entity01, the brain is an organ which needs to be taken care of all the time because when a brain stops working the human body is considered dead or inactive. The phrase train your brain specifically talks about having our brains in the right frame of mind, avoiding anxiety, depression, stress and trauma. We can have a healthy brain if we engage in recreational activities like playing chess, ludo even football. Without making use of our brains to think we cannot perform our various life activities, this will then result to low standard of living because of the inadequate use of our brain causing societal issues. We can take care of the brain by abstaining from alcohol and consuming food which can help boost the brain function such as vegetables, protein and fatty acid.
