I don't think these projects will bring alot of new users to the steem blockchain.... these are pretty good for improvement for user experience but i dont think its good for getting new people on the blockchain.
I think the focus should be more on the making money part of the steem blockchain. Steemit is a great platform to make money connecting with awesome people and thats why i joined a year ago.
I say we create a few good investment opportunities and advertise that... that way people see they can make money doing the things they would normally do on platforms like twitter/facebook.
Yes, attracting new users is also part of our plans, but for now we are improving activities within the platform.
But don't you think the two would go amazingly together? By implementing more monetization methods and more ways to monetize steemit users of steemit will enjoy their stay on the platform way more (because they are making money which they can use to change their lives and those of their families). AND this will attract more new users who are interested in making a little money doing fun things (being active on social media, partaking in contests ect...). Who in turn will see how amazing the community on steemit is.
