How to cook Malaysian style Bak Kuh Teh
Ingredients:
Bak Kuh Teh soup pack
Garlic - 3 nos (do not peel off the skin)
Button mushrooms - 4~5 nos.
Shiitake mushrooms - 4~5 nos.
Cabbage - handful
Pork Meat - enough for 2~4 serving, choose part with lesser fat so that the soup will not be too oily.
I did not season the soup because I do not feel it is necessary. You can season with salt or soy sauce if needed or according to the instruction of the Bak Kuh Teh soup pack you use.
