Everyone has his/her particular interest in a specific type of sport, maybe football, handball, wrestling etc my favorite collective sport is volleyball and am interested in competitive sports like

    *CROSS FITNESS*

CrossFit was branded in the year 2000 by Greg Glassman and Lauren jenai.
What is CrossFit?

CrossFit increases your overall body health from reducing weight to a healthy heart but if your goal is to build muscle CrossFit isn't the sport for you, most of CrossFit excercises have to do with speed and endurance it will build muscle but slowly but burns fats more than the traditional gym workout.

If anything it gets you really toned 😉

       *BRIGHTSIDE OF CROSSFIT*

-You can do CrossFit anywhere and anytime you on the need to complain about not having a gym etc..
-CrossFit equipments are cheap, you can make your personal equipments
-Diet, I know it's hard for most of us to go on a diet especially in tough times and it takes discipline. Lean protein, carbohydrates, vegetables etc
-peer support, you work harder an longer when you work with people who have the same drive as you, you teach and learn from each other
-High intensity interval training (HIIT) CrossFit it's really difficult 😂 like super hard.

       *DOWNSIDE OF CROSSFIT*

-frequent injuries, To begin CrossFit you need and experienced trainer, one wrong move in training and it's a serious Injury especially on your lower back that's why waist belts are recommended when lifting or squatting. Safety first right.

-CrossFit has more to do with speed of the same excercise over and over again, and if you have been working out you would know speed doesn't make and effective workout except for specific workouts that requires speed.
When you do a workout slowly taking your time with each progression it increases your time under tension burn more fatss and build more muscle.

Hence why I added Calisthenics to my workout regiment.
Then Yoga for overall flexibility 😌

This is really serious. Most people don't yet know which sports to dwell in. Sometimes, they'll play football, handball, vehicle race and etc . Most of them don't know that they're killing their selves rather than keeping good health...

This is amazing, i hardly do sports except dancing which another form of sports. Wow i will surely get to join the gym very soon
