The diary game 01/10/2021

MORNING
I woke up very early as 12:55am. This was due to alot of shooting in the street and exchange of bullets by the two seperatist parties. Friday was the 1st of October which was a day to celebrate southern Cameroon. I am sure that every one in the quarter was up and on guard to stay safe because if the shooting reaches your house, you may have to run for safety or hide some where. I stayed up all night and around 4:00am there was more shooting but from afar. After the shooting, it began to rain so seriously. The rains fell qll through the morning and stopped around some minutes pass 9:00am. I went outside and Carried water in the bockets and filled the big bowls in the house. I had breakfast with my siblings and washed okomobong vegetable leafs to be prepared with yams .
AFTERNOON
I splited wood and made the fire in the wood kitchen outside of the house and boiled the yams. While coming to the kitchen frequently to check on the pot and to reinforce the fire. The yams got ready and i drained it and kept a flask.
I took the spices available and arranged them with help from my sister and made the vegetable soup. I shared the food and ate with the family.
I later cleaned up my self and went to the sitting room, turned on the TV and while watching I fell asleep.
EVENING
I went for a walk to see if there were movements in the streets. I came across a group of sad, I asked a friend why and what was wrong and she said the armor car passed and saw him moving at the road and carried him. I asked if he was the only one because that wasn't a good reason to carry take some like that. They said he was looking so unkempt and dirty.
All I later heard was that after the family of the guy heard what happened, they called another relative in the army who had a great position and the he helped them with the case and they were asked to pay 35000fcfa.
I later sat outside of the house and lights went off. I activated sms bundle from mobile money and texted some of my friends and family.
