My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2021
A miserable dreary, cold and rainy/snowy day for my miserable and dreary run.
Despite a great night's sleep I just didn't feel that energetic and after a short trip to the park I hit the road ad the grey sky dropped a cold mix of rain and snow on me. My legs felt very tired and my stomach was upset since breakfast (eggs never seem to sit well with me before a run). My route consisted of several flat loops of the nearby neighborhood and gravel pit but even them I wad struggling to run any distance or decent pace. I felt tired and cold for the rest of the day and decided to not bother with my planned gym workout. Even Lulu wasn't excited to see the lousy weather today.
My physiological metrics were a bit off this morning with my heart rate variability values trending lower although my blood sugar and ketones were excellent.
Just hope it's better tomorrow but the weather forecast is for more rain all week so we'll see how it goes.
