My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2021steemCreated with Sketch.

Up in the early pre-dawn hours to run under the starry sky.

I just couldn't stay asleep so instead of wasting time I figured I might as well get out and run even if it was only a bit after 4 AM. Clear and cold running without any traffic on my favorite neighborhood route. My legs felt good and the miles seemed quicker even though my overall pace wasn't that great. Still I'm happy with my effort overall and other than the freezing cold it was nice to finish up before the sun had risen.

Unfortunately my early start and a short night's sleep left me very tired after some time at the park with Lulu. So instead of my usual afternoon walk I took a nice nap instead and that wad it for my Actifit day.
Going to be cold for a few days so I'll be glad when Springtime begins to show.
Safe weekend everyone.
