Up and Down The Staircase #QuarantineSpecial : My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2020
Hello, and happy Sunday to everyone. I know staying at home has been boring for most of us as we have gotten used to our daily activities involving us going out and coming in.
Well I try to keep myself busy during the self quarantine, do some early morning exercise, some abs workout and then I just juggle up and down the long stair case at my house.
I do this so I do not add weight while at home. This will help me to burn out fats that'll accumulate especially now that I do not have any tedious work to do.
Actifit is a good tracker, let's see how much farther I'll go tomorrow. Stay fit, stay home and stay safe. BYE!!!
