My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2020
Just getting around to posting my Monday report.
Yesterday I had a great day for my step count, I was so busy I'm running around all day long. I can always count on Mondays to be my best day for this application.
I've still been thinking about doing more jogging, it's just so hot and humid out and it's really rough on my joints.
My legs are still very sore from doing squats. I'm sure I'll get used to it after a few more workouts.
I'm also starting to stretch a lot more hoping to get a little more limber.
