My Actifit Report Card: May 18 2020

I had a pretty good Monday and reached my step count goal.

Had a nice early start to the day doing my morning weight lifting with dumbbells.

I had a really busy day at work today, I was running around all day long trying to catch up from all the weekend orders.

I was actually dancing around the kitchen while I was making my dinner, this was a complete protein dinner.

I've been eating a lot of protein lately, it seems to be helping build muscle. I noticed now that I'm in my 50s it's hard to gain muscle but that won't stop me!
