Happy Wednesday. Welcome back and welcome to another fitness report.
Was up early this morning and the weather was fantastic; enjoyed the cool gentle breeze as I made my way around the neighborhood. I had a great productive workout. 👍
I had fun listening to the sounds of birdsongs the entire time, even though I had my ear pods on. Glad it wasn’t very windy today. It sure made a bit different.
On the way home I picked up another few tomatoes alongside the sidewalk.
Some birds visiting and feeding. I enjoyed watching whenever they’re there.
