My Actifit Report Card: May 18 2020
Yesterday was my second day of working out with my gym buddy, back in the old days when the gym was still accessible but now we can workout outside. workout was lower body.
Here's the workout that we did:
100 squats no rest
50 squats 2sets
20 squats 6sets
50 standing side leg raises, 2sets
50 laying down side leg raises
50 glute bridge, 2 sets
We also did abs for about 10 minutes and 5 minutes stretching.
It nice to workout with somebody because you get more motivated and not boring.
