Am now more focused on my workout and the food I eat ever since the lockdown started.

Yesterday I went on a jog and walked in the morning then I worked out with my resistance band at dusk.

I hope you are all also taking care if yourself!

For today's workout, I'll share it tomorrow, it's a blast. Am quite sore now, and about to snooze!
