My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2021..... Throwback Thursday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. Another wonderful day is fading away, of course the stepping continued unabated and it's now time to wrap things up. Thank you for being here and let's quickly take a look at how my day went 💨.
So just like yesterday, I kicked off early in hot pursuit of the automaticwin 🙌. I brisk walked 👣 and jogged around the neighborhood in the fantastic morning breeze 🍃.
I achieved my target and arrived back home 🏡 around ten o'clock. I then rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 and the plannedemic vaccinations kept going.
Globally, the number of positive covid cases is on the rise in many countries fuelled by the delta variant. Elsewhere, the olympic games opening ceremony is on tomorrow. The director of that ceremony was fired after a video of him mocking the holocaust surfaced😱. They say the internet never forgets😹.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin subtly rose to 32k. As always no one knows if it will be back to 29k or 35k😹. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries and then made it back home 🏡 for the usual nap 💤.I later woke up feeling great 💪 and well rested 💯.
Next I continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Another trending story was the city of Liverpool getting de listed by UNESCO from being a world heritage site. I guess they don't care as they need to build and develop their city😹.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. I had a nice extended walk and made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
