My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2021....... Sunday funday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. As always am excited that you stopped by yet again 👏 It's been quite an active day and am exhausted and ready for bed. Just before that let's quickly take a look at how my day went 💨
So as usual I kicked off early with the fast paced morning session. Brisk walking 👣 and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. The fresh air 🍃 was fantastic as always ☺️.
Come ten o'clock, I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, a quiet day of course with the usual political shenanigans 😹. Politicians attending church to speak politics 😱.
Globally, a first space tour for billionaire Richard Branson bringing to fruition what they started 17 years ago. The virgin galactic rocket 🚀 ship touched down from the tour a few hours ago. Serbian Novak Djockovic also trending as he won his 20th grand slam at wimbledon 👏.
Over in crypto land bitcoin continued it's sideways movement hanging around 33k. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day including laundry.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the park and shopping center just to rest my eyes 👀 from the screen. Mostly a cloudy day as I made my way. I came back and went for my usual afternoon nap 💤. It was wonderful and I woke up feeling pretty energetic 💪 and rejuvenated 💯.
I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.The euro finals are going on, Italy going head to head with England. Score is currently 1:1 in a really tight game. May the best team win.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk.
I had an extended walk, followed the usual route and made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌. It's drizzling outside,let's hope it will be done by morning.
