My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2021....... Happy Caturday 🐈😹🐆🐯🍃🔆⛅🍀🌳🌿

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Caturday 🐈 from Bob and yours truly😹.As always a warm welcome and thank you for being here yet again 👏. It's been another active day. Time to wind down and get ready for bed 💤. Before that let's quickly take a look at how my stepping went 💨.
So as usual, I kicked off with lots of brisk walking 👣 and some jogging around the neighborhood. it was a beautiful sunny 🌞 morning with some amazing cool breeze 🍃.
I did finish off around ten o'clock having achieved my automaticwin 🙌.
Then I was back indoors where I showered 🚿 and rested for a while. Later I was online checking my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, what trended was the plannedemic vaccines. They continued with health care workers and teachers.
Globally, it was protests. Can you imagine being in bed sleeping, police break into your home and shoot you dead. Then one year down the line, no one is held responsible for your death😱. That happened to one Breonna Taylor, 26 year old nurse. That's why the protests in Kentucky, being black in America is a disadvantage 😬.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin has done it and now sitting at an all time high of 61k. And our beloved Hive is about to get to 40 cents👏.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day. As the afternoon approached I met some former colleagues at the mall then did some stepping there just looking around.
Late afternoon, I was back indoors having my usual nap 💤. I later got up early evening feeling great 💪.
Then I continued watching some of the earlier videos and the news.
Another big protest in London for a murdered innocent woman. Kidnapped then killed while walking home in London of all places😱. Seems like the streets aren't safe for women.
As the evening set, I looked out and saw a beautiful sunset 🌇☀️ in the background. So after my ginger tea ☕, I set off for the final walk of the day.That went excellently and I made it back home 🏡 safe and sound.
I finished off the day with the final live session of #livefitchallenge2021 with Wil and daughter, Little M. We had a variety of exercises but I enjoyed superman 😹.
