My Actifit Report Card: March 7 2021....... Sunday funday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. It's been another wonderful and active day here in Nairobi. Thank you for being here yet again 👏 and let's quickly take a look at how my day transpired 💨.
Just like yesterday, I kicked off early with the fast paced morning session. I brisk walked 👣 and jogged around the sunny 🌞 neighborhood. The fresh air was amazing and I ended the session around ten o'clock having achieved my automaticwin 🙌.
Then I was back indoors, where I showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day. Locally a little quiet except for the political shenanigans 😹. Politicians are loud on the weekends and with covid still around, I wonder why people are gathering in huge numbers to be fed lies.
Globally, what trended was the continued visit of the Pope in Iraq. Then the Prince Harry and Megan interview with oprah that's airing later tonight. I don't think the queen should be angry at Harry as her own uncle {king Edward VIII} abdicated the throne in 1936; after being king for less than one year to be with a divorced American woman 😹.
Over in crypto land bitcoin, still continued being at the 48 and 49k mark. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I did weeding and leaf 🌿 raking in the backyard. I did some laundry before my nap. The nap 💤 was quite refreshing and I woke up feeling great 💪 early evening.
Then I continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news. There's some Iranian/British woman detained in Iran for the past five years charged with sedition. Meanwhile her daughter and husband are in the UK. Hopefully they just let her go as there is no evidence against her 😱. They unfairly jailed her in 2016 as she visited her parents in Iran.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ then finished off my stepping with the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. That went excellently alongside the main road and I made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
