My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2021...... Happy Caturday 🐈😹🐆🐯🍃🔆⛅🍀🌿⛅🌳

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Caturday 🐈 from Bob and yours truly😹. Welcome and thank you for stopping by yet again 👏. Your time is well appreciated 💯. Another highly active day is coming to an end. Time to wrap things up and quickly let you know how it all went down💨.
So as usual I kicked off things in hot pursuit of the automaticwin. Lots of brisk walking 👣 and a little bit of jogging got me there. I enjoyed that session and made it back home 🏡 a little after ten o'clock.
Next was the shower 🚿 and some resting before logging into my emails and trending news of the day. Locally, nothing much happening apart from the political shenanigans 😹.
Globally, what trended was the protests in Senegal over unfair arrest of an opposition leader. Same thing in Myanmar, where protests continued. Just now I see president Biden is live. Happy that Senate approved $1.9 trillion covid stimulus bill.
Over in crypto land bitcoin, staying put at $48k. It's started the sideways game😹.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
The afternoon was quite busy as I helped a friend move house. Up and down the stairs carrying boxes and furniture. From there we were quite hungry 😂. So we ended up at the mall for some takeaways.
Time flew by and I didn't even have my usual nap 😬. Before I knew it, it was five o'clock, so I just headed to the park 🌲 walking slowly taking in the fresh air 🍃.By the time, I got back home it was dark already.
I finished off the day doing some core exercises with Wil. It was 18th session of the #livefitchallenge2021. Then I have called it a day and am exhausted.
