My Actifit Report Card: January 11 2021..... Awesome Monday👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Monday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. A new week and the stepping continued unabated. As always thanks for stopping by yet again 👏. It's time to wrap things up in readiness for tomorrow; let's get it done 💨.
So as usual, I began with the fast paced early morning session. Brisk walking 👣 and jogging 🏃👟 around the neighborhood. There was lots of cool fresh air 🍃 as I made my way. Come ten o'clock , I ended my session having achieved my automaticwin 🙌.
Next was a nice shower 🚿 followed by some resting. Next I was online checking out the trending news of the day. Locally it's all about the plannedemic, still with low positive cases 👏. That and lots of political shenanigans 😹.
Globally, still about the plannedemic, with vaccinations going on in many places. President elect Joe Biden got his second shot. Meanwhile, more political shenanigans in the US with democrats going ahead with impeaching Trump 😹. They don't want him to ever hold political office 💯.
Over in crypto land bitcoin took a dump to 33k, and it's been spining around that area all day long. A good opportunity to buy in, I did watch some crypto analysis videos to get a feel for where we may be headed next. Many analysts seeing the dump as a good correction as we had shot up so far so quickly.
As always in between I handled the cleaning chores of the day and most of the laundry. Then later in the afternoon I settled down for my usual nap 💤. Before that, I stopped by at the shopping center for the cooking groceries.
I woke up feeling quite energetic 💪 and then continued watching some of the earlier videos and the news too.
Soon the evening set in and it was time for the final walk of the day. The very relaxing sunset 🌇⛅ walk. That went excellently and I followed the usual route alongside the main road.
I finished off around the neighborhood calling it a day 🙌. So that was Monday and I wanna thank you for reading this far 👏. I truly appreciate your continued support 🙏 and love 💕.
