My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2020......High Five Friday 🏃👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
TGIF 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. Thank you for stopping by yet again 👏, I appreciate your effort. As always let me quickly summarize my stepping adventures of the day.
Just like yesterday, it was another early start chasing that elusive automaticwin.I brisk walked 👣 around the neighborhood in the wonderful morning breeze🍃. Time always flies by in the morning but I thoroughly enjoyed that session and returned home 🏡 around ten o'clock.
Indoors I showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into the trending news of the day. As usual the plannedemic still here with soaring numbers closer home in Nairobi, the good thing is that majority of people are asymptomatic and are always surprised to be told they are positive 😱.
Globally nearly the same thing and then a collection of the other crazy stories 😂. We live in a wild world 😹. Remember that sad case of the Saudi journalist murdered in Turkey at an embassy? Well it turns out another one was supposed to be executed in Toronto in a similar style. That's according to a lawsuit filed in New York 😱. Those alleged hitmen are known and were rightly denied visas to Canada🙌. I told you it's a wild world with savage individuals or is it one individual 😹.
Anyways, in crypto land, bitcoin got rejected and couldn't surpass the 12k mark. So we had a subtle pull back but things are still looking bullish.
So I did watch a few crypto analysis videos as the day progressed and then as usual the general cleaning and tidying chores too.
Later in the afternoon, I had my usual nap 💤. It was marvelous and as always I woke up feeling quite energetic 💪 and refreshed.
I then did my cooking and had my ginger tea ☕ before heading out for the sunset 🌇⛅ walk. It was largely cloudy and looked rainy 🌂 but finally it didn't rain.I did enjoy that session too and now am just chilling writing this report 😊 before heading off to bed 💤.
