Ignore the Storm - My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2020
I ignored the storm here as it continued to dump rain everywhere. Got up early despite having the day off and had my coffee before heading to the treadmill for a workout.
Had some motivation so did a jog to increase the intensity today. Felt pretty good after half hour so went for a long cooldown for some extra activity. The rest of the week may be slow but I got my goal today!
