Trying to lead a healthy life can be easy or hard depending on what habits we have been cultivating. In this fast pace life of jumping from
train to train in the morning and evenings , it is even more challenging.
That being said, I’m trying to plant and nurture healthier habits so that it will be easier to do more good things and the bad habits will seem alien after a while.
I really love chicken but I’m trying not to bring any home or cook any at home so here’s my tofu.
Seems like I really seasoned that tofu right. Vegetarian meals don’t have to be bland and boring . Add a bit of spice to your life.
Lunch packed and ready to go - yeah . I’m trying not to eat out too and definitely need to avoid the convenience stores.
I didn’t get to 10,000 steps if it could be that I moved around a lot without my mobile phone.
Never the less I got in a couple short workouts - good for mind and body.
Whether you walk , ride or drive - do so safely.
