My Actifit Report Card: February 5 2022
This nondescript sporting field mightn't be your idea of a field of dreams but it is rapidly becoming mine.
It is here that I intend to build my running programme.
I made a start today. If you could call a slow shuffle once around the oval a start.
Even when I was in peak fitness running around ovals was difficult. If you asked me to sprint repeatedly I was more at home. So lap work is quite the challenge. I'm aiming for 5 laps by June 30.
Its doable I think. Maybe.
