My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2021
Every time there's no rain in the morning I always take advantage and walk for at least 30 minutes so that's what I did this morning before we have breakfast.
And since it's Saturday, I went to the market and grocery store.
Then I cleaned the stuff when I got home.
In the afternoon, I my things in the room, feed the dogs and cooked for dinner.
