My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2020
We've had a bit of a gentle lifting of restrictions this week in so much as restaurants have reopened but very strict distancing rules of course, apply . For a bit of fun, they also set up games of human noughts and crosses in the lifts to 'raise' our spirits.
They think of everything in Thailand!
A bit of shopping and pottering about and I hit the 5k mark. If I ever get up the bottle to go back to the fitness park, I may one day hit 10k again!
