My Actifit Report Card: May 26 2022 A Nice Fountain
I took a bike ride in the afternoon and passed this cool fountain in a lake or pond!
I took a look at the actifit app number before and after my ride and it didn't increase as much as expected. I guess having my phone in my pocket isn't the best place for an accurate movement count. Maybe I'll jam it in my sock next time!
I also took my usual night time walk. After that i did a few dumbbells exercises and 20 pushups. Seems to me that this was an active day for me even though my number isn't very big.
