요즘 상당히 많이 걷고 있는 것 같다.

좋은 신호인 듯 하다.

꾸준히 몸을 움직여 줘야지.

올해 종합검진에서 몸무게가 늘고, 허리둘레가

늘었다고 하는데 줄여야겠다.

오늘의 감사한 일.

  1. 아들의 배웅을 받으며 출근했다.

  2. 출근버스를 타고 출근했다.

  3. 퇴근 후 와이프와 맥주를 같이 마셨다.
