My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2023
I noticed some improvements on my asthma. We stayed at home while my wife was finishing the laundry which was started the other day.
In the afternoon, we took some rest, and prepared to go to the city. We attended our midweek meeting in sign language, and going home, our friend came to have a sleepover at our home.
