I had a great day,
work, some play.
Walked with Furball,
when nature did call.
New opportunity did appear.
for me to teach next year.
My boss did ask,
would take the task,
doing a life skills class,
a chance I won't pass.
Students I can empower,
beauty like a flower.
as they bloom.
in my classroom!
