My Actifit Report Card: July 15 2020
Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!
I had work today and we were very busy! It made the day go by fairly fast. Tomorrow, it’s just me, myself, and I. I am hoping to get a lot of stuff done. I do have one first timer to train in the morning but hopefully that will go well.
Summer has finally arrived in the Northwest! Today’s temperature when I came out of work was showing at 86°F. Quite the change from what we’ve been experiencing with high temperatures in the upper 60s and rainy days. I have to say I like the cooler temperatures, but alas, you have to have summer sometime.
After a quick trip to the grocery and the post office after work I headed for home and enjoyed a coffee in our air conditioning. Then we set out for the hike. Actifit-Lamb was ready to go for the hike as she has been waiting all day for me to get home. We got to the first bench at the beginning portion of Bear Hollow.. The mosquitoes were out in full force and they were vicious! Actifit-Lamb wanted her picture taken while she sat on the new boxes that Keith & Lynn had put out at each bench.
As soon as I took that picture I asked @silvertop to have a seat so that I could take a picture of him on the bench as well. Then we kind of skedaddled because of the mosquitoes!
On the way down at the bottom of the trail head, we saw this deer. She was eating all the little apples that have fallen from the apple trees. She wasn’t afraid of us at all. We walked really slow so as not to scare her and I got some awesome pictures.
After we got home, I went out to water our container garden and some flowers as with the heat they needed the extra water. After a bit of blogging and some dinner it will be time to turn in for the night. I am tired and ready!
That’s gonna be it for now. Keep on @actifit steppin’! Have an awesome evening and take care! 🥰😎👍🐑💕👣🤗💪😘😁
