Happy Sunday to all!
I only had 3 hours of sleep again last night. But I’m glad that I’m only suffering from a simple headache and not migraine haha. Still, I haven’t done much activity today. I only helped in preparing meals and washing the dishes.
I took a nap before attending our congregation meeting. Then after the video conference, I tried to do some stretching and quick exercises.
