My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2022

Hello friends!

I woke up this morning a little earlier than usual but I felt the pain in the spot where I had my shots. So decided to sleep back again. When I got up, I put cold compress to the affected area to ease the pain and to reduce swelling. Luckily it did take its effect. Then back to housechores, moving around the house and did some unfinished activities.
