Smith Rowe Goes Under The Knife

After having a stellar season the in the past two, wonder kid Emile has not had a good time about it. In recent months, Smith Rowe has been experiencing discomfort in his groin, which has limited his training and match appearances, which is a shame because he was absolutely banging them in.

Luckily we have Martinelli and Odegaard on form, but if we had Smith Rowe back it would give us even more options. He has tried to make it back this season making a few appearances, but you can see his not his dynamic all action self.

Emile faced a significant setback at our Premier League match against Manchester United and after consultations with the Arsenal medical team, he finally underwent surgery to repair a damaged tendon in his groin.

This successful surgery took place in London in the past few days and Emile’s rehabilitation program is already underway. We are hopeful that Emile will return to full training in December.

Everyone at the club will be gutted that he is out for a few months, but hope that he comes back stronger and this doesn't turn into a Wilshire moment for his career, he has so many years ahead of him and hoping he develops into a world class talent as many of the other younger players like Saka and Martinelli are pushing for with constant improvements.
