Arsenal is in serious need of fire power but getting a 20-goal striker these days will always put a dent in your pocket especially when you're not part of the elite competitions. Arsenal cliam 'have the money' to sign Robert Lewandowski who will be on a free at the end of the season after drastically slashing their wage bill
The Poland captain is expected to depart the Allianz Arena after smashing goal-scoring record after record and enjoying eight trophy-laden years at the German giants. He is now looking for a new challenge at the age of 33 and Mikel looks like he wants to offer him a real challenge, shooting Arsenal back into top 4.

Robs quality is undeniable, and he is miles better than anything we have even at this age, having him for 2 seasons could provide us with a stop gap solution until we find a long-term replacement. While young strikers like Balogan and Martinelli can really learn from someone of his quality.
Arsenal are not lone admirers with Barcelona are believed to be the favorites to land his signature, while Chelsea are also understood to be monitoring his situation having not been happy with Werner and Lukakus performances.
If Arsenal can secure Rob, it would be a major boost for the club, we have the creative talent to give him enough chances and I am sure he can give us a cutting edge we're really lacking, if he stays fit.
