Challenge My Favorite Food - Corvina with Steamed Potatoes
Perhaps many of us have different types of food that we like, but in general, some of us have favorite foods that we rarely have the luxury of trying, either because of the high cost or the difficulty of obtaining them.
In my case we have had the privilege of even being able to prepare it in 2 occasions, one of our favorite dishes.
Corvina with Steamed Potatoes
Corvina is a very tasty type of fish and it does not have many bones, which makes it ideal for eating with pleasure, however it has a very high price so we do not have much availability to prepare it.
The most delicious thing is to do it with steamed potatoes and perhaps a sauce. In this quarantine we have been able to eat it on 2 occasions, steamed with potatoes and another in sauce with potatoes.
Of course, you cannot miss the precooked corn arepas to keep you company and not miss anything. The only downside and something that I still can't get over is the smell before cooking because they will know that the smell of raw fish is not very pleasant, at least for me.
Really, being able to have the opportunity to enjoy your favorite food more times is a real blessing, however, always hoping to enjoy that food again generates great satisfaction in the end.
