Donuts, a delicious snack. Yum Yum..! 😋
Donuts are one of those snacks that children love. They are simply delicious and very versatile to combine with different types of toppings. In my case, I have a kilo of dulce de leche on hand; therefore after having them ready I have placed a good bath of this one.
They may not be faithfully aesthetic, however they are delicious. With this dessert, kids will love snack time.

Ingredients:
150 gr of butter.
150 gr of sugar.
1 whole egg.
500 gr of wheat flour.
1 cup of milk.
Oil for frying.
Dulce de leche, for the coverage. It is an option.

Preparation:
A.- Beat the egg in a large bowl, and add the sugar. Then the butter. Having a homogeneous mixture, add the milk and flour.
B.- By incorporating all the ingredients, you must obtain a light dough that can be manageable and mouldable by hand. If it gets a bit complicated, you can rub a little oil on your hands, so it won't stick.
C.- You spread on a counter, the thickness will be a matter of the thickness of the dough. However, I recommend that it not be so thick. We cut the donuts.
D.- In a pan with hot oil, we fry. Both sides should be golden. We then pass the donuts through an absorbent paper.
E.- When they are ready, we cover them with dulce de leche or any glaze that we like.
