Hello Everyone, welcome back to my blog. Today I will be sharing with you supplements and it's benefits to health in the body system. First of all, what is supplements?
Supplements are multivitamin products that contains one or more vitamins, herbs, amino acids, enzymes and any other ingredients that are taken orally to supplement one's diet or providing a missing nutrients for the body. E.g pills, capsule, liquid or tablets.
We have supplements for different purpose, like for skin glowing, for weight loss or gain, fertility, bodybuilding, anti-aging, kids, pregnant women e.t.c.

Some supplements for children

Examples of health supplements
Popular supplements include vitamin D, vitamin B12, vitamin C, minerals like calcium, iron, omega 3 fatty acid, fish oil e.t.c. while we have herbs like garlic, ginger e.t.c. people takes these products to make sure they get enough essential nutrients and also to improve their health.

Types of supplements
The essential nutrients are as followed.
Vitamins
Minerals
Water
A person body cannot produce everything that its needs to function that is why people need to consume through dietary sources to maintain optimal health. The most important vitamin in the body is vitamin D, because its play the role in a bodily functions
Benefits of taking supplements

  1. It helps to support the immune system by keeping the body in good health condition.
  2. It helps to promote good anti-aging for the body.
  3. It also helps to build the body structure and keep the bone strong.
  4. It helps to regulates your body and help to minimize health issue over your lifetime.
  5. It helps to reduce stress and anxiety from the body. E.t.c.

Children needs supplements

Who needs supplements?
Children needs it because it helps them to grow. Vitamin C is very essential for them.
Pregnant mothers need it too because it helps the child in their womb. For instance, folic acid, vitamin D and if possible iron is very good. Infact, everybody needs supplements in their body immune system.

Note: Always consult your doctor before taking any supplements and drugs.
Always take a look at ingredients list of your children supplements so that you will know exactly what is in the vitamin and minerals supplement because many gummy have added sugar, so you may want to consider which kind of sugar is been used honey, cane sugar e.t.c. Also avoid products with fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, and artificial flavors.
Vitamins and minerals supplements comes in various forms, including chewable tablets, gummies, liquid and powder form. If your child doesn't like to chew supplements then consider purchasing the liquid or powder products. Chewable tablets and gummies may be more appropriate for the older children. Also consider your child's age when selecting a supplement for them, as some products are formulated to toddlers while others are for older age or teen. Always followed the guidelines outlined on the products packaging and speak with your child health Care provider to ensure that the products and dosage are appropriate for your child's need.

Vitamin A which helps to keep your lung, liver. heart and others organ working properly.
Conclusion
When you start multivitamins which is associated with a boost of the energy level, it will make you to be healthy and strong always. The best approach is to get a variety of vitamins and minerals in a properly amount so that it will adopt a healthy diet in your body. This involved an emphasis on fruit, vegetables and whole grain e.t.c.
