Hello Everyone, welcome back to my blog. I'm so glad to participate in this great contest. Today I will be sharing with you "GORONTULA" it's benefits and preparation. So let's get started.
Gorontula plant is classified in the tree hibiscus Azanza, it is called Snot Apple in English while it is called Gorontula in Hausa. It is mainly found in the northern part of Nigeria. This round fruit is very sweet and chewy, maybe that is why it is called African chewing gum fruit. It is even called Silky kola This fruit is widely cultivated in Tula kaltungo local
government of gombe state and in Michika of Adamawa state in Nigeria. It is botanically known as Azanza garckeana. It is considered as a Miracle fruit for its numerous benefits both in health and generally. It contains amino acids, ascorbic acid, alkaloids, flavonoids e.t.c. when you eat it, you will feel honey and sugar is in it because it is so sweet and juicy. The seeds are used for sexual health, diseases and aliment in the body. Anybody can eat gorontula, it doesn't really have any negative effect because it is natural.
- Gorontula helps in preventing high blood pressure which lower the blood sugar level and ease digestion.
- Gorontula is used to increase the libido as consumption of the fruit helps in developing strong desire for sexual activities and also serves as Aphrodisiac with several copulation with the opposite sex. I highly recommend it for people having low libido as a result of stress and others health conditions.
- Gorontula helps to boost fertility, it is a natural way of enhancing fertility as a couple whether male or female. It helps to build the body system to function well. I recommend it for any woman here who is having difficulty to conceive.
- Gorontula serves as a lubricant to vagina, if any women here is experiencing dryness during intercourse, then I commend you to eat gorontula and thank me later. Because it will helps to stimulate vagina wetness, it will keep your vagina area moist, juicy and so wet. And you if you find it hard to reach orgasm then you need to chew 5-10 pieces of it. So that you will feel the effect down there but although it depends on your body type. You may chew less or more before getting result.

GORONTULA PREPARATION
We have different ways of preparing it, it all depends on you.
Step 1: put them in a bowl and wash properly.
Step 2: you can chew them raw one after the other or break and remove the seed before chewing it.
Step 3: You can dry them, remove the seed and grind them into powder too. You can add the powder to your pap, tea e.t.c.
Note: you can still infused them into a syrup if you find it too hard for you to chew.
In summary, I hereby conclude that gorontula have play a vital role both in health, marriage and in general life. It have helps to fight some sexual problems in marriage.
